Glory Days Photo Series
Shot with Sony A6300 & edited with Adobe Photoshop
Glory Days is a series of photographs I took while on a trip to the Houston Space Center in Houston, Texas. I’ve always appreciated the lengths museum curators go to in order to make these historical artifacts more immersive, so I decided to add my own spin using Adobe Photoshop and a bit of Lightroom. I wanted to go for the type of look most associated with space exploration during the 60s-70s, which has a vintage, grainy, and washed-out feel to it. Removing parts such as the supporting structures or the walls in the background truly brought these artifacts back to their glory days.
